Dry Ice

Dry ice is CO2 carbon dioxide in small and solid pellet form. Its temperature is -79°C when in contact with atmospheric pressure. Odourless, harmless and non-flammable, dry ice is alimentary approved and is one of the natural components of the atmosphere.

Biogivre unique production process provides a higher density in the ice; its conservation is then longer. Also, our containers were specially conceived for dry ice conservation; insulated and hermetic, they can be stacked for a better space management.

Biogivre, combining advanced technology and unpaired flexibility.

Why dry ice?

Dry ice blasting is a revolutionary maintenance method, using carbonic ice pellets (CO2 in solid form) as a blasting and cleaning material. Completely environmentally friendly, this efficient and amazingly fast process provides an effective alternative to traditional methods of cleaning industrial production equipment.

Advantages

  • A dry and chemical-free cleaning process
  • No waste disposal
  • Environmentally friendly
  • No abrasion
  • Improved production performances
  • Fast and efficient
  • Lower costs
